"This is one of the cleanest stores I have seen in the United States. The store is always well-maintained, and the staff usually do an excellent job. I am not writing this to criticize the store overall. However, today I had an unfortunate experience. I purchased food from the store and needed ketchup and mayonnaise. I understand that mayonnaise may not always be available in the dining area, so that is not a major issue. However, ketchup should have been available. The ketchup dispenser was completely empty. I asked for assistance, but nobody seemed to know anything about the situation. I asked the staff behind the register and also went to the food department for help. Despite my efforts, I was unable to get any ketchup from anyone. I spent about five minutes trying to resolve the issue, but unfortunately no one was able to help."

"Store layout is confusing at times it is not thoughtfully laid out hard to navigate. I’ve go here for over five years and still have to ask employees where to go. With that being said, it’s near impossible to find an employee at times Some employees are genuine and have a heart most of the time the other employees have no heart and they literally don’t even wanna look in your direction so overall customer service here is miserable Store cleanliness it’s clean nothing to rave about There has been many times where I’ve gotten rotten produce. I have follow up to them many times I purchased cheese. It was literally moldy and green. I purchased tomatoes and I got them delivered and they were expired, etc.. If you like a product, I’d recommend stocking on it although it’s expensive because sometimes I order things and want things and they never have them in stock like ever until like a week and a half maybe more The best part of Whole Foods is probably their meat department, although it is incredibly expensive nowadays for no reason at all I mean prices are coming down The bakery is a true sweet, toots lover dream Overall, the store is good for the state of Paramus. It’s convenient. Parking is miserable people in the parking lot. Do not have respect for children or elderly. They’re literally just go 25 mph while people are walking And they’ve never is reserve pick up parking people always take it I wish it was run better and prices were more affordable. Overall I do recommend my experiences very every time I go sometimes it’s great sometimes I regret i ever thought Whole Foods. In my mind"

"I had a disappointing experience at Whole Foods Rochelle Park tonight. I approached customer service to give feedback about the extremely limited mascarpone selection and pricing (only tiny premium tubs available, no accessible alternative). I was not asking for compensation or demanding anything — only trying to submit customer feedback. The employee handling customer service was dismissive, rude, visibly irritated by the complaint, and ultimately refused to even take the feedback seriously or escalate it. The interaction ended with me feeling brushed off rather than helped. A premium grocery store does not have to agree with every complaint, but customer service should at minimum be willing to receive feedback professionally and respectfully."
